Kawartha Lakes Region (KLR).
The newest region of the Antique and Classic Car Club of Canada, is located in the heart of cottage country 1½ hours northeast of Toronto. Members from various regions moved to the area after retirement and got tired of driving back for regional club events. Over the years we had all formed friendships and knew if we didn’t remain a part of ACCCC, over time friendships formed would be lost. On January 20, 2001 the Kawartha lakes Region was formed. With members from Lindsay, Fenelon Falls, Bobcaygeon, Buckhorn, Peterborough and Lakefield to name a few. Since 2001 we’ve grown as a region of around 100 to 120 members.. We have events every month, holding true to being a family oriented region.
